Position: Admission Counsellor
Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM -7pm

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Resolve candidate queries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Sales or counselling experience is preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working from home.
