The Team .
Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –
Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance
How You Will Contribute
Lead and deliver medium to complex workstreams across Telecom & Digital Infrastructure engagements, including CDD/ODD, Network & Digital Infrastructure, and OSS/BSS transformation.
Translate complex business, operational and technology requirements into structured analyses, actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
Drive commercial and operational due diligence, including market sizing, competitive positioning, customer/churn analysis, cost benchmarking, EBITDA analysis, operational KPIs, risk identification and value creation opportunities.
Support network and digital infrastructure transformation across RAN/4G/5G, NOC operations, fiber, fixed broadband, network modernization, CAPEX/OPEX optimization and technology migration.
Lead OSS/BSS solution and transformation initiatives, covering solution design, CRM, billing, order management, provisioning, service assurance, data/cloud migration, system integration and future-state process design.
Develop data-driven analyses, models, dashboards and presentations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL and Alteryx.
Work closely with clients, onshore case teams, A&M Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate insights and drive effective decision-making.
Take end-to-end ownership of workstreams, managing priorities, milestones and deliverables while operating effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership, market research and IP development by bringing strong Telecom & Digital Infrastructure domain expertise.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and confidently participate in or lead discussions with senior clients and internal leadership.
Collaborate with and mentor Analysts and Associates, while contributing to a high-performing, entrepreneurial and team-oriented culture.
Bring a hands-on, growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, solve complex problems and deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision.
Qualifications
MBA graduate with 3-6 years of experience within a leading functional & strategy Consulting/ operational Consulting house is preferable
Possess a good understanding of the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry (Hyperscale DC, Colocation providers, Cloud & AI Infra, Data Center Derivatives etc.), with keen insights into sector data and metrics across various areas

Data Center Market Entry Strategy
Site Selection & Infrastructure Planning
Commercial Due Diligence
Connectivity & Interconnection Strategy
AI Infrastructure & Cloud Ecosystem
Data Center Power & Energy Analytics
Technical Skills
PowerPoint skills - preparation of defect-free, high-quality client presentations
Excel modelling skills - structure data within Excel in a way to draw conclusions and support timely decision making with our clients
Experience working in tools such as Alteryx or Python for data analysis, and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, writing, research and presentation-building skills; attention to detail and striving to produce defect free deliverables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Guide/ mentor Analysts and Associates during projects and business development work
A strong team player and demonstrated ability to motivate team members
Ability to prioritize - especially in highly pressured situations
High integrity that is characterized by the ability to deliver messages even when they are difficult to hear
Ability to quickly understand and piece together very vast or very limited amounts of data and to draw certain conclusions/actions from it
