Co-Founder (GTM & Growth) — WeMakeLandingPages.com
Location: Fully remote — worldwide
Company: Incorporated in the United States
Company description
We Make Landing Pages (WMLP) helps entrepreneurs, marketers, and small businesses create professional, multilingual, SEO-optimized landing pages with AI. Users describe their business in plain language and get a landing page in under a minute, without coding.
Our focus is simplicity, reliability, and affordability: helping business owners get online quickly and turn their ideas into opportunities.
We are starting with tourism and restaurants, with two revenue tracks: self-serve subscriptions for small businesses and a partner offering for agencies serving their own clients.
About the opportunity
The product is built and ready to go to market. We are looking for a CEO & Co-Founder whose strongest skill is hands-on GTM: acquiring paying customers, building distribution, and growing recurring revenue.
You will take ownership of the commercial journey—from identifying the most promising customers to building repeatable acquisition channels and improving retention.
We operate as a venture builder. We built the product, retain product oversight, and contribute to strategic decisions. You will lead the business with real operating autonomy, clear accountability, and a direct stake in the value we create together.
Your role
Your priority is to take WeMakeLandingPages.com to market and build a sustainable business around it.
In practice, you will:
Find the strongest customer segments: validate the starting verticals through customer conversations, market research, and commercial experiments.
Build self-serve growth: develop positioning, pricing, and acquisition campaigns, working with the product team on onboarding and conversion from free to paid.
Develop the agency channel: identify potential partners, communicate the value proposition, negotiate agreements, and help partners grow their client base.
Test acquisition channels: use targeted outreach, communities, content, SEO, affiliates, and partnerships to discover what works within a limited budget.
Own commercial performance: track recurring revenue, retention, acquisition costs, and payback; turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.
Connect customers and product: bring feedback into product discussions and help prioritize improvements that support acquisition and retention.
Lead daily operations: manage commercial priorities and build the team as the business grows.
You should be comfortable deciding where to focus, then doing the work yourself.
Who we’re looking for
You have already built or grown something and can explain your personal contribution to its results.
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
Have personally taken a product to market, won customers, and generated revenue.
Have sold software or digital services to small businesses or agencies.
Can manage the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery calls to negotiation and closing.
Understand self-serve SaaS, including positioning, pricing, acquisition funnels, churn, and retention.
Can interpret customer research, campaign results, and funnel data to make commercial decisions.
Communicate clearly with customers, partners, and product teams.
Know how to test ideas with limited resources and learn quickly from results.
Want the responsibility and daily commitment of leading an early-stage business.
Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or an early-stage startup is particularly relevant. Familiarity with AI tools, landing page builders, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing automation is a plus.
A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome. What matters most is what you have built, delivered, and learned.
What we offer
Operational leadership: ownership of commercial execution and day-to-day management, with product oversight retained by the venture builder.
A product ready to take to market: a concrete starting point for customer acquisition and commercial growth.
Compensation that grows with the business: modest initial cash compensation, with automatic increases as agreed recurring revenue thresholds are reached and sustained.
Equity participation: a stake with progressive vesting and accelerated vesting upon a sale while you are still in the role, subject to agreed terms.
A dedicated GTM budget: resources for tools and experiments, agreed separately from your compensation.
Worldwide flexibility: work remotely from anywhere.
An initial collaboration review: after the first three months, we assess progress, working dynamics, and mutual fit.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with limited initial cash compensation and potential long-term upside tied to business performance.
Our ambition is to build a profitable, growing business and position it for a potential acquisition.
