HR Services and International Assignment Responsible (Fixed-term Contract)

Execute and support End-to-End HR Services processes while providing support for International Assignment activities.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR administrative and employee lifecycle services in compliance with local regulations, company policies, and internal control requirements.
Support international assignment processes including assignment initiation, documentation, mobility-related administration, employee communication, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the successful execution of global mobility activities while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
Manage HR Services transactions, employee inquiries, data validations, and process controls across assigned HR service areas.
Collaborate with related business stakeholders to resolve employee cases, improve process efficiency, and support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field
3 years of professional working experience
Payroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance and risk management knowledge
Knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance and internal controls
Basic understanding of international assignment, global mobility or expatriate processes is considered an advantage
