What You Will Do:
System Design & Integration: Design, develop, and test PLC programs for industrial automation systems, ensuring reliable operation of machinery and production lines. Integrate PLCs seamlessly with HMI and SCADA systems.
Hardware & Networking: Configure PLC hardware and industrial communication networks (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
Diagnostics & Commissioning: Troubleshoot and debug control logic, perform on-site commissioning, and optimize existing programs for peak performance and safety.
Technical Analysis: Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control system schematics.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional electrical, mechanical, and software teams. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel.
What We Are Looking For:
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience specifically in Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
Strong command of PLC programming structures, including ladder logic, function block, and structured text.
Deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including sensors, actuators, and control panels.
Practical skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization of PLC-controlled machinery.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
Effective communication skills and a readiness to work full-time on-site in Sangli.
