Langford College is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated IT Tutor to deliver online teaching for Qualifi Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Information Technology.
Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time IT Tutor – Qualifi Level 4 & Level 5

Key Responsibilities
Deliver online lessons for Qualifi Level 4 and Level 5 IT qualifications in Tamil.
Teach relevant IT modules according to the approved curriculum and learning outcomes.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and supporting learning materials.
Guide students in understanding assignments and completing coursework in line with assessment requirements.
Provide academic support, constructive feedback, and guidance to students.
Monitor student progress and support learners in achieving their academic goals.
Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and assessment-related records.
Participate in academic meetings and coordinate with the academic team when required.
Requirements
A degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good knowledge of IT subjects relevant to Qualifi Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
Fluency in Tamil, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Previous experience teaching or tutoring higher-level IT qualifications is an advantage.
Familiarity with assignment-based assessment and UK qualification frameworks is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and student-support skills.
Ability to conduct engaging online classes and meet academic deadlines.
A reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
