Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Administration professional with expertise in network monitoring, switching and routing, firewall management, risk management, incident response, and SD-WAN. The role involves monitoring network performance, analyzing capacity requirements, optimizing resources, and ensuring network reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical network traffic, growth trends, and business requirements to forecast future capacity needs.
Monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and CPU/memory usage across network infrastructure.
Identify underutilized or overprovisioned resources and recommend optimization measures.
Prepare capacity dashboards, utilization reports, risk assessments, and upgrade recommendations.
Collaborate with Network Architecture, Systems Engineering, telecom vendors, and Finance teams for infrastructure planning.
Support operational teams during capacity-related incidents, outages, and unexpected traffic spikes.
Implement mitigation strategies to maintain network performance and SLA requirements.
