👨 💻 Role: Technical Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who can translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Prepare business and functional requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Work with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Analyze APIs, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.
Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues.
Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes.
Prepare documentation and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT, and defect management.
Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, system integrations, and data analysis.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, process mapping, and requirements traceability.
Telecom CRM transformation experience and exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are preferred.
MBA or an equivalent business-related qualification, as applicable to the role.
