Transition Manager (IT)

Role: Deputy Transition Manager
Employment: Contract
Location: India (Remote)
Program Scale: 70,000 devices globally
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate global laptop refresh plans, schedules, milestones, and deployment targets.
Manage stakeholders across country teams, local IT, suppliers, and operations.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
Coordinate communications, pilot deployments, go-live, and hypercare.
Monitor device ordering, delivery, returns, asset reconciliation, and disposal.
Maintain project documentation, SOPs, governance reports, and dashboards.
Track KPIs, refresh completion, compliance, and operational performance.
Required Skills:
Global IT deployment / transition management.
Stakeholder and supplier coordination.
Project planning, risk management, and reporting.
IT asset lifecycle management and compliance.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and documentation skills.
