About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Java React Developer to join our talented development team at VITS US. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using modern Java and React technologies. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based solutions, primarily utilizing AWS cloud services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects in a hybrid work environment based in Tampa, FL, or Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development with a focus on Java and React, along with a passion for innovative problem-solving and delivering high-quality software.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, particularly with Java and React.
Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for backend development.
Proven expertise in designing and deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or similar.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Java, React, Spring, and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Implement microservices architectures and RESTful APIs to ensure modularity and reusability of components.
Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development workflows.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
Support Agile development processes by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
