Sportsbook Product & Operations Executive

Overview
We are looking for someone to help run the day-to-day sportsbook operation, coordinate with the wider sportsbook team and support our sportsbook product roadmap. This is a hands-on role covering operational follow-up, product improvements, testing and communication with internal teams and external providers.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the day-to-day work of the sportsbook team, including priorities, handovers, escalations and coverage.
Keep track of sportsbook operational issues and make sure the right people follow up and close them.
Support the sportsbook product roadmap by gathering requirements, prioritising improvements and tracking delivery with Product and Tech.
Lead sportsbook-side QA and user acceptance testing for releases, migrations, new features and provider changes.
Test betting journeys, market availability, bet placement, cashout, bet acceptance, settlements, limits, bonuses and odds boosts.
Work with sportsbook providers and internal teams to investigate issues and improve the customer experience.
Monitor sportsbook performance and identify practical improvements to the offering, configurations and processes.
Maintain clear Jira tickets, testing notes, handover documents and short progress updates for the Head of Sportsbook.
Escalate trading, risk or settlement concerns to the relevant owners; support the risk team without taking over its specialist analysis.
What We’re Looking For
Practical experience in sportsbook operations, trading support or sportsbook product roles.
Good understanding of sportsbook platforms, betting markets and the customer betting journey.
Comfortable coordinating a remote team and following through on day-to-day tasks.
Experience with QA testing, issue tracking and working with product and development teams.
Clear communication, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
Comfortable using Excel and Jira or similar tools.
Nice to Have
Experience working with sportsbook providers and integrations.
Knowledge of bet acceptance, bonus engines, BetBuilder, cashout and risk limits.
Experience supporting sportsbook migrations or new-brand launches.
