Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with experience building products from scratch, taking ownership, and scaling systems in fast-growing startup environments. You’ll develop internal tools, backend services, and workflows that support business operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to production deployment.
Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to deliver solutions.
Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Make practical technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience helping build and scale products within high-growth startups.
Proven ability to take products from concept to production.
Regular use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and modern backend architectures.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of deliverables.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on shipping high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NestJS, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps.
Background in internal tools, developer platforms, or workflow automation.
Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products.
Experience improving architecture and engineering processes as a startup scales.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and system reliability.
