Role Overview
We are looking for VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT Infrastructure Support.
Mandatory Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work US / rotational shifts from the Bangalore office
Candidates with experience in Citrix / Horizon / VDI / IT Infrastructure are preferred
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Experience in Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI or IT Infrastructure support
Good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and global stakeholder.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
