🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain LOD 300–400 structural and precast models using Autodesk Revit Structures.
Prepare Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
Model precast elements, connections, inserts, openings, and reinforcement.
Generate material schedules, quantities, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Coordinate with architects, structural designers, MEP consultants, factories, and site teams.
Perform clash detection, quality checks, and drawing reviews.
Support BIM standards, parametric families, and workflow improvements.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience in Revit Structures.
At least 2 years of experience in precast, prefabricated, or repetitive RCC projects.
Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and GFC drawing production.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and model management.
Experience delivering complete GFC drawing sets from Revit.
Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla Structures, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
