MPI Level II Inspector

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI) on steel and alloy rolled bars, including round bars, square bars, and flats.
Detect, interpret, and evaluate surface and near-surface defects such as cracks, seams, laps, and cooling cracks.
Ensure product quality in accordance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.
Maintain inspection records and report findings accurately.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering, B.Sc. (Non-Medical), or ITI.
Valid NDT Level II certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI), in accordance with the applicable ASNT SNT-TC-1A employer written practice or ISO 9712 requirements.
Experience in steel rolling mills or inspection of rolled steel products will be an advantage.
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Salary: As per experience and qualifications (indicative range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month).
