Role: US IT Recruiter (Specializing in W2 Hiring)
Location: Noida,Sec 63
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (Night Shift)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong experience with W2 hiring.
Good understanding of US IT staffing, recruitment processes, and employment terms.
Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Work Requirements
Must be willing to work 5 days a week onsite from our Noida office.
Comfortable working in US time zones as per business requirements.
Strong focus on productivity, quality submissions, and timely closures.
