Open Positions:Technical Recruitment
Senior US IT Recruiter – 5+ years of experience
Qualification : Any degree / Technical Degree
Shift Timings : 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST
Location : Uppal, Hyderabad
Required Skillset
Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies and skill sets
Proven sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
Target-oriented approach with a focus on closures
Key Responsibilities
Senior US IT Recruiter
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
Source, screen and submit qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Manage negotiations and offer closures.
