Demand Planning Analyst

Role Description The Demand Planning Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting data-driven planning decisions for The Biltmore Hotel Villas. This role involves preparing demand forecasts for villa occupancy and related services, analyzing historical booking data and market trends, and collaborating with operations and revenue management to align demand plans with service capacity. The analyst will help optimize inventory and resource utilization for amenities and guest services, monitor forecast accuracy, and recommend adjustments to planning assumptions. Daily tasks include maintaining planning models and reports, communicating insights to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to support accurate occupancy and service projections.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to align demand with operational capacity and resource allocation.
Relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or luxury services planning is beneficial.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and planning software, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines.
