Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day tour operations. This role includes managing schedules and itineraries, liaising with local vendors and partners, and ensuring that transportation, accommodations, and activities run according to plan. The Operational Specialist monitors service quality, addresses on-the-ground issues promptly, and supports sales and customer service teams with accurate operational information. The position also involves tracking operational performance, preparing basic reports, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and scheduling software are advantageous.
