Job Description:
Review and monitor all export shipments on day-to-day basis.
Maintain shipment trackers and ensure timely status updates.
Communicate shipment milestones to CSA teams and intercompany stakeholders.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records.
Verify freight and logistics vendor invoices for accuracy.
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
Investigate shipment-related complaints within BDP's scope of responsibility.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and customer service standards.
Job Requirements
Experience And Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain
Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution
High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
