Business Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid position. This position is available for Guadalajara, Mexico City, Queretaro and Monterrey locations.
Only candidates who are currently based in Mexico are eligible to apply.
Mandatory Skills
Client is looking for candidates with strong supply chain knowledge, hands-on data analysis experience, and practical expertise with tools such as ERP and SQL.
Should have experience with SQL queries and able to debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files.
Should have excellent communication skills, capability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Should have experience working in onsite-offshore model and should be ready to work with offshore in the onshore / offshore overlap time zone and interface directly with US-based stakeholders.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
Design, validate, monitor, and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Experience with testing automation tools.
High-level activities for each of the above-mentioned areas are called out below -
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
Design, validate, monitor, and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.
Deliver user stories, spikes, and defects according to iteration priorities meeting "Definition of Done"
Update project tracking tools (Jira) daily with accurate status information
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing production support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in system analysis or similar role.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
