Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will design, deliver, and update training programs focused on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices for corporate and technical audiences. This full-time, on-site role based in Navsari involves conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, preparing training materials and assessments, and mentoring learners to build practical skills in areas such as network and application security. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align course content with current industry standards, emerging threats, and client requirements. Additional responsibilities include evaluating participant performance, providing constructive feedback, supporting certification readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies and curricula.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, policies, compliance, and risk management.
Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure network architecture.
Candidates should possess skills in Application Security, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and OWASP guidelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Malware Analysis, including threat identification, incident response, and basic reverse engineering concepts.
Prior experience delivering technical or corporate training in cybersecurity or related domains is highly preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent are beneficial.
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible manner.
Ability to design curricula, create hands-on labs, and use modern training tools and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving cyber threats, tools, and industry trends.
