• Manage credit-based purchasing of dry fruits, pulses, spices, rice, and related commodities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, traders, and wholesalers. • Negotiate competitive prices, credit periods, payment terms, and supply conditions. • Identify reliable vendors and ensure consistent product quality and timely procurement. • Monitor market rates, commodity price fluctuations, and purchasing opportunities. • Manage supplier credit limits, outstanding payments, and procurement cycles in coordination with the finance team. • Ensure smooth coordination between purchase, inventory, and sales teams.
