Responsibilities:
Develop innovative product designs, 2D/3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
Work on inflatable systems (valves, seams, coatings, pressure integrity).
Conduct FEA/simulation, material selection, and strength analysis.
Support tooling, molds, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.
Prepare BOMs, drawings, and documentation; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with BIS, ANSI, EN, NFPA, ISO standards.
Participate in trials, testing, and troubleshooting.
Skills Required:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Design/Polymer/Textile Engineering.
2–7 years in product design (PPE, textiles, inflatables, polymers).
Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of molding, welding, coating, lamination, and textile/polymer materials.
Experience with FEA/CFD preferred.
Strong problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
