We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will generate and convert leads for our website development, digital marketing and software solutions, and build lasting client relationships. This role is not suitable for freshers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Generate outbound leads through calls and other channels.
▪ Conduct business development calls and pitch website development, digital marketing, and software solutions (non-SaaS).
▪ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
▪ Maintain lead and client records in the CRM.
▪ Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
▪ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
▪ Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales or lead generation (freshers will not be considered).
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
▪ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▪ Confidence in handling client interactions.
▪ Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or software solutions is preferred.
▪ Experience with CRM tools and cold calling or outbound sales is a plus.
▪ Target-driven with a willingness to learn.
▪ Available to join immediately.
