Stipend: ₹5,000–₹8,000 per month (Target-Based)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for individuals who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, candidate management, and employee engagement while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Work towards assigned recruitment targets and deadlines.
Prepare basic HR reports and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Excel, and online recruitment platforms.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to work towards target-based performance goals.
Stipend & Benefits:
Monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹8,000, based on target achievement and performance.
