This role goes beyond traditional sourcing and recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers, engage top technology talent, and play a key role in building teams across AI, Application Development, and Engineering functions etc.
What You'll Do
Drive End-to-End Technology Recruitment
Own full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including, but not limited to:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Software Engineering
Other specialized engineering positions
Engage Exceptional Talent
Identify and connect with high-quality talent across regions.
Build meaningful conversations with candidates.
Engage and influence passive candidates toward career opportunities.
Partner with Stakeholders
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
Deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Think Beyond Traditional Sourcing
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies beyond platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, including:
Talent communities
Employee referrals
Niche talent platforms
Direct outreach
Creative Sourcing Channels
