We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals to join our Insurance Accounting team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Insurance Accounting processes across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Perform reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and support finance operations across multiple geographies.
Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Strong experience in AR, AP, GL, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant accounting expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US.
Flexible to work in shifts aligned with business requirements.

This role is initially Work from Office. A hybrid model may be considered after 6-12 months based on business requirements and stabilization.
