About the Opportunity:
The AI TOOL SUPPORT ENGINEER will focus on applying cybersecurity knowledge and cloud technology skills to optimize and protect IT infrastructure. This role is critical in coordinating incident response, implementing security measures, and enhancing the organization's cyber defense posture through innovative, code-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop IT cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.
Utilize cybersecurity frameworks to evaluate and improve enterprise security posture.
Innovate security enhancements across infrastructure.
Assess and remediate security issues within IT infrastructure.
Implement security measures and evaluate new security technologies.
Respond to security incidents requiring infrastructure actions.
Serve as technical escalation point for IT Cyber team activities.
Manage critical vulnerabilities and coordinate incident escalations.
Review and act upon vulnerability findings using Cloud Security Posture Management tools.
Drive server patch compliance and removal of end-of-life software.
Participate actively in DevOps team operations and sprint cycles.
Communicate progress, resolve impediments, and support backlog refinement.
Requirements:
U.S. citizenship and residence within the United States.
Experience in cybersecurity.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex tasks.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range for certain states is $94,000—$187,600 USD.
Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience.
