Handle renewal of company’s portfolio
Insurance related operational work
Prepare RFQ(Request for quote) for upcoming renewal.
Follow-up with broker/agent for quotation and policy issuance.
Review Weekly Inventory report and monthly Fixed asset register and process of endorsement accordingly.
Timely submission declaration to Insurance company/Broker.
Re-conciliation of CD account of Insurance policy.
Co-ordination with Insurer, Broker and Internal teams to solve queries
Ensure proper Data Management
Maintain Policy MIS and Endorsement.
Policy and Endorsement entry in software
Candidate profile
Experience in Insurance Underwriting/Insurance operation and having good knowledge of General Insurance.
Strong co-ordination and follow-up skills
Ability to understand and review technical terms.
Strong and deep attention given task and responsibility
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and E-mail communication
