Role Description Power Platform Solution Architect (Team Lead)
Positions: 1 · Reports to: Enterprise Cloud Architect
Purpose Own the solution architecture for the claims platform, the guarantee module and the deadline alerting module on Dataverse, and lead the engineering squads that build them.
Key responsibilities
–Design the Dataverse data model across all three solutions, including the entities they share
–Decide, requirement by requirement, whether to configure in Power Platform, extend with code, or build in Azure
–Set the environment and solution segmentation strategy
–Own solution layering, dependency management and the application lifecycle standards
–Design the integration surface: API Management, Service Bus, custom connectors, Outlook and the client's line-of-business systems
–Design for scale within Dataverse: data volumes, indexing, delegation limits, API throughput
–Act as design authority over every solution change; run technical governance across the squads
Essential experience and skills
–Eight years or more in solution architecture, at least four on Power Platform and Dataverse
–At least two enterprise Dataverse implementations taken through to production, not pilots
–Model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate and Power Pages
–Clear judgement on where Dataverse stops and Azure begins, with the platform limits to justify it
–Case, matter or claims management domain experience
Certifications AB-100 required, or PL-600 earned before its retirement. PL-400 advantageous.
