Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of air-conditioning and HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to define project requirements, plan schedules, and allocate resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing expediting and logistics activities, supporting inspection and quality checks, and resolving operational issues that may impact timelines or performance. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications
Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading end-to-end delivery of technical or construction projects.
Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to manage vendor follow-ups, material availability, and timely deliveries.
Inspection capabilities, including Inspection experience to support quality checks, site audits, and compliance with standards.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently across project locations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in HVAC, MEP, or building services projects is highly beneficial; familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
