The Packaging Clerk supports warehouse operations by coordinating daily repackaging activities and helping maintain accurate inventory levels. This position creates and monitors work orders, performs quality checks and cycle counts, and assists with resolving customer claims. The Packaging Clerk works closely with warehouse and internal teams to support an efficient, safe, and organized operation.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize, enter, monitor, and communicate daily repackaging work orders and activities.
Perform quality checks to ensure repackaged products meet established standards.
Conduct cycle counts and support accurate inventory levels.
Assist with customer claim resolution, including inventory research and communication with Inside Sales.
Assist with Lean daily management reporting.
Maintain established safety standards and follow applicable warehouse procedures.
Support general warehouse operations as needed, including pulling orders, packaging/jarring screws, stocking or relocating product, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
