Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Intern who is enthusiastic about technology, people, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements, identify relevant candidates, engage with engineering talent, and support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and want hands-on exposure to technology hiring and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand technical hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Source candidates for software engineering, IT, and other technical roles through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate communication, interest, availability, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
Learn and use modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-powered hiring solutions.
Who Should Apply?
Preferred backgrounds: B.Tech/BE, other engineering disciplines, or MBA/PGDM candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and technology.
Good research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable speaking with candidates and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Prior recruitment or internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
