The program helps founders validate their solutions, navigate healthcare regulations, build strategic partnerships, and scale trustworthy AI technologies.
Role Overview
AI 2030 is seeking experienced Healthcare AI Accelerator Mentors to guide promising startups through product development, market validation, commercialization, fundraising, and responsible AI implementation.
Mentors will work directly with startup founders, share industry expertise, facilitate strategic connections, and help accelerate the adoption of safe, effective, and scalable healthcare AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Startup Mentorship: Provide strategic guidance to healthcare AI startups on product development, business models, go-to-market strategies, and growth.
Healthcare Industry Expertise: Help founders understand healthcare delivery systems, clinical workflows, enterprise procurement, and customer needs.
Responsible AI & Compliance: Advise on patient safety, data privacy, clinical validation, regulatory considerations, and responsible AI practices.
Business Development: Support startups in identifying potential customers, healthcare partners, pilot opportunities, and commercialization pathways.
Fundraising & Investment Readiness: Help founders refine their business strategy, investor pitches, and fundraising approach.
Strategic Connections: Facilitate relevant introductions to healthcare organizations, industry experts, technology partners, and investors where appropriate.
Program Participation: Participate in mentorship sessions, expert discussions, startup evaluations, and selected accelerator events.
Ideal Qualifications
We welcome experienced professionals from across the healthcare and AI ecosystem, including:
Senior executives and innovation leaders from hospitals, health systems, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare technology organizations.
Healthcare AI researchers, clinicians, and technical experts.
Entrepreneurs and founders with experience building or scaling healthcare technology companies.
Venture capital investors and advisors specializing in healthcare, digital health, or AI.
Experts in healthcare regulations, clinical validation, data governance, AI safety, and responsible AI.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of relevant professional or entrepreneurial experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare innovation, AI adoption, or startup development.
Experience mentoring, advising, investing in, or supporting early-stage companies.
Commitment to responsible AI and improving healthcare outcomes.
Mentor Engagement
Mentors are invited to contribute through flexible engagements aligned with their expertise and availability, including individual startup mentoring, expert office hours, workshops, and strategic advisory discussions.
