Job Title: Full-Stack App Developer
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week (Must overlap at least 4 hours daily with U.S. Eastern Time business hours)

Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Develop and maintain web and mobile application features while creating responsive user interfaces for both desktop and mobile devices.
Backend & Integration: Build scalable APIs and backend functionality, and assist with AI integrations, automation workflows, and platform enhancements.
Performance & Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues quickly, review existing code to improve performance, and test and deploy software updates.
Infrastructure Support: Support ongoing platform scalability, security, and reliability initiatives while maintaining proper documentation of all development work.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly planning sessions to collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, including experience developing modern web applications and working remotely with distributed teams.
Core Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL Databases, and Git Version Control.
Communication: Strong English communication skills and the ability to participate in daily team meetings and collaborate effectively across departments.
Professional Attributes: Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and display high accountability.
Workspace: A reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Mobile & Cloud: Experience with React Native, mobile application deployment and maintenance, and cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Industry & Architecture: Background working with logistics, transportation, dispatching, or marketplace platforms, as well as startup or high-growth technology company experience.
Advanced Features: Experience integrating payment processing systems, working with AI tools/APIs, or building GPS tracking, mapping, and geolocation-based applications.
