US Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination skills, along with a good understanding of the US recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on client requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
Recruit for positions across Legal, Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Logistics, Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, and other Non-IT sectors.
Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability, location preferences, and employment eligibility.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in ATS.
Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fulfill client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview coordination.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Experience working in a target-driven US staffing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for professional Non-IT positions.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking.
Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
