Role Description The Relationship Manager intern will help nurture and grow KaroStartup’s founder and startup community. This internship is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to founders and startups, managing communications across WhatsApp, email, and social platforms, and coordinating story submissions and collaborations. The intern will maintain accurate contact records, support onboarding of new founders to the platform, and assist with basic partner relationship management. The role also involves gathering feedback, identifying promising startup stories, and collaborating with the content and social media teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and features.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Hindi (or another Indian language).
Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with using WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms for outreach, engagement, and basic community management.
Basic understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, or digital media; genuine interest in working with early-stage founders is highly preferred.
Proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work both independently and in a small, collaborative team.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, communications, or marketing are a plus but not mandatory.
Availability to work from Bengaluru on a hybrid basis and commit to the internship for the agreed duration.
