In 2023, LoveShackFancy launched Beauty exclusively at Sephora, inviting millions into its rose-colored world of whimsy and celebration.

Surface risks and opportunities to the General Manager
Forecasting & demand planning
Build the demand plan, with sell-through and demand forecasts by account, channel (including DTC), door and SKU, rolling 12 to 18 months
Build pre-season forecasts and refine them in season, using bottom-up and top-down methods
Plan replenishment, weeks of supply, launch volumes and initial buys
Build the wholesale sell-in plan by SKU, plus sales, margin, inventory, receipt and gross-to-net plans
Support the General Manager on the annual plan and 3-year core and newness plans
Track account goals, KPIs and the numbers behind joint business plans
Send approved quantities to Product Development and prepare the monthly demand and supply review
Monitor actuals, find variances and recommend corrective actions
Build sales projections for new business
Build and improve planning tools and templates
Account management
Be the first point of contact for merchants, planners and replenishment teams at our retail accounts
Manage communication, follow-up and action items with every account
Manage retailer portals, item setup, POs, open orders and replenishment
Keep the shared account calendar current and run a weekly account sync
Prepare the numbers for merchant business reviews and line review projections
Prepare listing and price change submissions for new products
Support retailer marketing placement and co-investment requests
Build working relationships with all retail account partners
Support the General Manager in annual planning and negotiations
Retailer operations
Oversee outbound shipments, EDI and reconciliation; resolve fill-rate issues
Manage compliance, chargebacks, deductions and receivables with Finance
Manage RTVs (returns to vendor) with retail accounts

Advanced Excel; experience with planning tools, retailer portals and EDI
Can distill complex data into clear, simple headlines
