Sr. SoC Integration Engineer - Remote Opportunity

Role Description The SoC Integration Engineer – Remote Job at SARACA is a contract role focused on integrating complex system-on-chip components into larger hardware and software platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, implementing integration workflows, and validating SoC interfaces and subsystems. The engineer will analyze system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and tools. The role involves preparing technical documentation, supporting reviews, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer specifications while working closely with global teams in a fully remote environment.
Must-Have Skills:
• 4+ years of SoC Integration experience
• SoC subsystem integration – Processor, PCIe, DDR, etc.
• RTL Design – Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL
• CDC / RDC / Linting
• Power Analysis & Synthesis Flows
• Timing Constraints – SDC
• Power Intent – UPF
• Tcl / Python scripting
• Performance, Power & Area optimization
• Synthesis & P&R support
• DfT / Timing / Power debugging
Preferred:
• ARM Cortex-A/R CPU integration
• GPU integration
• MMU & Cache Coherency
• RTL-to-GDS flow
• UVM knowledge
• Synopsys VCS, Verdi, SpyGlass, Design Compiler, RTL Architect
• C for embedded systems
🎓 Education:
MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
