Job Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer – CRT (Copado Robotic Testing)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). The ideal candidate should be capable of contributing from day one, developing comprehensive test strategies, maintaining large-scale automated test suites, and collaborating with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze functional and technical requirements, mapping documents, and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using CRT and TOSCA.
Write and maintain 500+ automated test cases, ensuring adequate test coverage and reliability.
Perform Salesforce functional, regression, and integration testing.
Participate in test case review meetings, document defects, and coordinate defect resolution with development and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) teams.
Analyze test execution results and validate existing functionality.
Create and maintain defect metrics, testing reports, and project progress updates.
Communicate daily testing progress, risks, and issues to the QA Lead and project stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of thoroughly tested Salesforce features that meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Cloud or similar cloud platforms.
Extensive practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Proven experience writing and maintaining 500+ automated test cases using CRT and/or TOSCA.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect management, and regression testing.
Experience collaborating with developers, BSAs, QA Leads, and onsite-offshore delivery teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
