We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with kidney disease. As a Clinical Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing dialysis treatments and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

**What You Will Do**
Keep a close eye on patients undergoing hemodialysis and deliver compassionate, hands-on care under nursing supervision—you'll be their go-to support person!
Share real-time patient updates with your interdisciplinary team members, keeping everyone in the loop so care flows seamlessly.
Team up with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare pros to provide top-notch dialysis care—collaboration at its finest!
Complete the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program as a condition of continued employment (we'll set you up for success!).
Earn and maintain your dialysis technician certification within 18 months of hire—we're invested in your growth and professional development.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Successful completion of the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program.
Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Nursing Assistant (NA), Medical Assistant (MA), or other healthcare experience.
