PawStaff AI builds an AI-powered receptionist for pet-care businesses: groomers, pet sitters, daycares and boarding facilities. Our voice agent answers calls when the team is busy or closed, captures appointment requests and keeps pet owners from going to voicemail. We are an early-stage, founder-led team focused on the US market.
Role Description
We're hiring our first GTM Associate. You will be the person who knows PawStaff AI end to end: how the product works, what it costs, how it fits into a grooming salon's day, and why it matters to the owner. You'll answer every product question a prospect has, understand their business, and show them how PawStaff AI solves their problem. This isn't a script-reading role. You'll work directly with the founders and help shape how we go to market in the US.
What will you do
Call and email owners and managers of US pet-care businesses, understand how they handle calls today and pitch how PawStaff AI fits their operations.
Run live product demos over phone and video, and answer technical and business questions with confidence.
Own each conversation from first call to signed customer, including follow-ups and onboarding hand-off.
Learn the product in depth: call flows, booking integrations, pricing and setup.
Bring customer feedback and objections back to the product team in specific, usable form.
Spot patterns across calls (common objections, missing features, best-fit segments) and help refine our pitch and positioning.
What we're looking for
A 2025 or 2026 graduate degree from a reputed institution: MBA, B.Tech/B.E., or another relevant degree.
Excellent spoken and written English. You're clear, confident and comfortable talking to US small-business owners.
Available to work US Eastern hours, [e.g. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, which is 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST], Monday to Friday.
Comfortable making outbound calls, initiating conversations and learning from rejection.
A self-starter who takes responsibility, follows through on commitments and stays organised.
Curiosity about AI and the ability to explain a technical product in simple words.
Organised and self-driven. You can manage many conversations at once without being chased.
