Position Summary:

Lead strategic initiatives across process optimization, financial modeling, and client data analysis.
Build your portfolio through business innovation challenges and competitive analysis projects.

Qualifications:
Available to start July 2027 alongside your cohort.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
Typically 3.0+ GPA (exceptional candidates with strong leadership encouraged to apply). Transcript required in the application.
Demonstrated leadership through internships, business projects, or campus involvement.
Strong problem-solver who thrives in business ambiguity and complex operational challenges.
Strong communicator who can influence at all levels and present to executive stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about fintech, stock market, and financial markets.
Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $60,000–$75,000 per year.
