Requirements: You must hold a Valid UK Manual Driving Licence
What’s on offer:
Rate of Pay: £14.59 per hour
Day Shift: 06:00 am to 18:00pm (12-hour shifts)
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday
Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Full training
Temp to Perm (performance-based)
Key Duties:
Lead and allocate daily tasks, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to required standards.
Supervise colleagues, complete quality checks and report any issues or damage to management.
Drive the company van around the site, transporting colleagues to designated work areas and collecting and transporting rubbish as required.
Oversee and undertake sweeping, litter picking and bin emptying across car parks, drop-off zones and bus shelters.
Ensure lifts, stairwells, walkways and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitised.
Ensure colleagues follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices.
Support and guide the team, leading by example and addressing day-to-day operational issues.
The role involves physical activity and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Essential: Full valid driving licence and Blue Pass.
Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial
PLEASE NOTE: As this position is in the aviation industry, successful applicants must be able to provide 5-year checkable history.
