Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods in line with company standards and safety guidelines. The Warehouse Executive will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role also involves addressing customer and internal stakeholder requirements, supporting quality checks, and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. The Warehouse Executive will collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to handle stock movement, documentation, and space utilization effectively.
Candidates should possess Packing and basic material handling skills to ensure accurate, safe, and timely preparation of orders.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and stakeholders professionally.
Relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage sectors, is beneficial.
Knowledge of basic computer applications and warehouse software, along with familiarity with safety, hygiene, and compliance standards, is preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous.
