Senior Power Platform/Copilot Developer

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform/Copilot Developer to join a PowerApps Factory team responsible for end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering through rollout in production. This role focuses on designing and building AI skills and agents to streamline AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, with an emphasis on pro-code solution delivery, integrations with multiple upstream systems and APIs, and scalable data models in Dataverse.
Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
Build and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Power Apps
Architect and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse
Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from design through production rollout
Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform
2+ years of experience in AI Agents Development and Microsoft Copilot Studio
Proficiency in designing and implementing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
Expertise in building scalable data models in Dataverse
Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Familiarity with APIs and Integration
Knowledge of DevOps
Understanding of REST
