🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior MERN Stack Engineers
We’re looking for Senior MERN Stack Engineers to join Devinity Solutions in a remote, flexible, contract-based role.
The role is highly client-facing. You’ll independently join calls with prospective clients, understand their requirements, discuss technical architecture and implementation approaches, and handle technical interviews or technical evaluation calls on behalf of Devinity Solutions.
If a client engagement you’re assigned to converts into a project, we pay you $1,500 USD per project per month.
You don’t need to leave your current job to start. If you’re already working full-time, you can initially work with us for around 1–2 hours per day, primarily to attend client calls. As you take on more projects, you can gradually increase your involvement.
Strong engineers can eventually manage multiple projects in parallel, potentially up to 4 projects, and build a small engineering team under them to handle development and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Solid understanding of full-stack development, system architecture, and implementation
Experience handling client-facing technical discussions and project requirements
Strong English communication and confidence
Ability to independently represent Devinity during technical evaluations and client calls
