Role Description The Assistant Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications in collaboration with senior developers and other team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with front-end and back-end development tasks, implementing layout and design changes, fixing bugs, and helping to optimize website performance. The role also involves testing features, documenting code changes, and learning new tools and frameworks as needed. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, reliable internet access, and the ability to manage tasks independently while working within a distributed team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design to help create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming to support server-side logic and data handling.
Candidates should possess skills in general Web Development to integrate front-end and back-end components and work across the full stack.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in at least one back-end language or framework.
Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and manage time and tasks responsibly.
Relevant coursework, certifications, or practical project experience in web development or computer science is beneficial.
