As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Burson, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our Kilkenny branch. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, champion exceptional customer service, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products
Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships
Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes
Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch
Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Current full drivers license
